Butternut squashes dressed up for winter at the Happy Boy Farms' stall
I loved the festive atmosphere of the display. The sun was shining and the temperature very nice, so in fact, no winter accessories were necessary.
On a colorful note, windy conditions last Saturday gave us this splendid sunset. We could see the Farallon Islands beyond the Golden Gate Bridge, a measure of the clearness of the sky. (For people not familiar with the Bay Area, the islands in front of the bridge is Alcatraz.)
This is my submission to week #22 edition of Black and White Wednesday - A Culinary Photography Event created by Susan of The Well-Seasoned Cook. Savoring the weekly gallery is highly recommended: it's a very special mid-week treat.
The food photos were shot in color and then converted to light sepia.
This post contains the gallery of photos submitted to the event.
