I really like the photo - especially the way it focuses on the food in the bowl and the rest of the back- and foreground is not very sharp :) By the way, yesterday I and my mom were trying to make real Italian risotto and your article about it (http://www.northcoastjournal.com/061407/food0614.html) helped us a lot!! Thank you for all your tips and directions :))

Lovely macro and composition, Simona. I very much look forward to more of your BWW photos. Thanks for sharing this one.

Paz

Very nice! I'd love to have a taste, too.

Ciao Catalina. I am so glad you found the article helpful. Thank you so much for letting me know.

Thanks, Susan. It's a pleasure and a good challenge to participate.

Ciao Paz. It's a nice legume: I wish it were more widely available. It has also a rough beauty, which I find very appealing.
